Corporate Culture

Corporate culture can be change depending on the country or city the company is...as i consider that the national culture can influence the corporate one, depending on the region the company is, the employees can affect the corporate culture with the national culture as they probably were born and raise there, so the way the interacts and the way they behave will affect the organizational culture where they work in.

The company´s culture, way of getting things done, ways to relate between the employees, way they see time, money, power, relations, among other things have a lot of weight and may be similar to the culture of the owners or the region where the company started, but when they start going abroad, they can see that those cultures of the markets they are starting to penetrate can influence their organizational one, by hiring regional employees that have better knowledge about the market, can also help dealing with the cultural conflict that may appear and they will start to add some cultural aspects to the way they work and this can make others change it too.

Change is not bad, is an opportunity to try new things, by knowing and unders
tanding other cultures, the company can try to take the best of it, minimize the cultural conflicts, relate to the market they are in and try different ways of managing and working until they find the best possible way to do it.
