Motivate your employees

When a company is dealing with internal problems with the behavior of there employees, how can they change there attitudes?

An easy way is to motivate them, make them feel a significantly part of the company, this may change the way they do their work, relate to the company and improve the working environment, have a sense of belonging towards the company, this will assure the hard commitment to there tasks´s development.

But how to motivate your employees? Maybe the most common answer is to grant them economic retribution, but to many people, money is not everything, what makes people feel motivate depends on their culture and values. Recognize them, make them feel valuable, appreciate what they do, acknowledge them, thank them, welcome them, create a friendly environment, value what they bring to the company and make them feel important, ask them how you can help them so they can become better at what they do... with this and many other ways to motivate you can create trust and commitment of your employees and they will want to cooperate in reaching the organizational goals because for them, those will be their goals too.
